Rachel Development acquired approximately 60 acres of land from The George Fake Family to create a 122 lot premier single family neighborhood in the City of Delano. The Rachel Team worked with the City of Delano to annex the property from Franklin Township into the City and then worked together to create a neighborhood consisting of both R-2 sized lots (80 foot minimum width and 12,500 square feet minimum size) and R-3 sized lots (70 foot minimum width and 10,500 square feet minimum size). The project will be built in three phases and M/I Homes is the exclusive builder for the neighborhood.
